Minibus
Trip to the Black Horse at Walcote

It was good to set off with a full
bus again. Neil, our regular driver, was away on honeymoon so André kindly stood
in.
 We
arrived at 8:00pm to be greeted with the welcome sight of 9 hand pumps offering
a wide selection of beers from 3.5% to 5.0%. Along with some of the national
brands such as Timothy Taylor Landlord & London Pride, were offerings from
Oakham, Langton, Bateman, Archers & Purity.
 After
a few tastings, we all sat down for a splendid Thai meal, a speciality of the
house.
11:00 came all too soon & we were
back on the bus, heading for home.
Our thanks to everyone at the
Black Horse for a memorable evening - one we must repeat!
