On Friday 19th May, a minibus full of H&B members made the trip to the Cow & Plough, Stoughton Farm Park, Gartree Road, Oadby, Leicester. As well as a get together for Leicester Beer Festival workers, it was the presentation of the Leicester CAMRA Pub of the Year award to the The Cow & Plough . Various Beer Festival awards were also presented. The Cow & Plough beer range included the prize winning beers from the festival. The free beer for the workers & the buffet were both most welcome.
